Thank you so much for supporting Brandon Hometown Days! The children REALLY ENJOYED the inflatable midway that you helped us pay for. We hope to continue to work with the Brandon Community Foundation in the future.

The Brandon Area Soccer Association (aka: BASA) received grants from the Brandon Community Foundation in 2008 and 2009.   BASA, along with the City of Brandon is pleased to be working so closely with the community in building a soccer complex that will benefit kids in our community as well as those in surrounding communities.    

We are in the final stages of completing a soccer complex for youth ages 4-19 years old.  We have over 650 kids in our soccer program.  By having a soccer complex in our community we will be able to play soccer games on the home fields in Brandon. We will also host tournaments that will help support the economy by drawing other teams from surrounding cities and states.    

We have received the support of the community from donations from private individuals, businesses, the City of Brandon, and grants from organizations. The result will be watching our kids play on a complex built by the community.  This is truly a reward in itself.
